1 kilo Viande de boeuf d'agneau ou de veau
Pc Sel poivre
1 càs Gingembre & paprika &
curcuma
Bâtonnets Cannelle
3 gousses d'ail
200 ml d'eau
Coriandre fraîche
40ml Huile d'olive & végétale
1 gcàs beurre
1 gros Oignon
200g Pois chiches
150g Olives vertes
1 gcàs Cumin
