At Richis TV, we strive to provide the highest-quality streaming service and take pride in the platform we have created. This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be granted. 

2. No Refund After Activation:

Once your subscription to Richis TV is activated, we do not provide any refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for months where the service was unused. 

3. Cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, your account will remain active until the end of that period. You will not be charged after the current billing cycle and no refunds will be made for the remaining days/months.

4. Free Trials:

If we offer free trials for certain subscriptions, you will be charged after the free trial ends. You can cancel at any time. If you are charged after the free trial, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees after the charge.

5. Quality Issues:

In case you experience consistent issues with streaming quality (buffering, low resolution, etc.) and our support team has failed to provide sufficient support, we may provide partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. The user must contact our support team before any action is taken.

6. Renewals:

No refunds will be given for automatic renewals. You are reminded to cancel your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue with our services. 

7. Exceptions:

Some jurisdictions provide for certain refund rights, which we will respect as required by law. 

8. Changes to Refund Policy:

We may change this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our service or in relevant laws. The updated refund policy will be posted on our website, so please check from time to time for any updates.
